Shop Small Businesses Saturday-

For many each year Thanksgiving gatherings flow into shopping sprees.

While Black Friday is the traditional day for retailers to attract shoppers, it’s a natural lead into what has become known as Shop Small Saturday.

It’s coming up this Saturday, Nov. 26, and is a chance to support local businesses and keep your cash in your community.

The movement was created by American Express in 2010 and has proved a boost for the small business owners it’s meant to help. You can find participants in Putnam, St. Johns and Flagler counties.
