SJHP recognized

SAINT AUGUSTINE – The  St. Johns Housing Partnership’s Housing Counseling Team has been recognized by the Florida Housing Coalition for the Home Matters 2020 award for work preventing foreclosures in partnership with Jacksonville Area Legal Aid, Inc.

 The mission of SJHP is to create, rehab, and preserve affordable housing in Northeast Florida. The foreclosure program plays a critical role in stabilizing part of our current housing stock and preventing an increase in homelessness. Much of the work relies on partnerships working in tandem to solve a problem and we are grateful to all of our community partners who are part of this success story.
