Students of Month Honored In Palatka

 PALATKA – Palatka City Commission saluted students of the month for December 2016 at their meeting Dec. 12.

Mayor Terrill Hill and Commissioner James Norwood presented certificates to area students who are chosen based on academic, leadership and extracurricular activities.
