May Street congestion meet topic

MAY STREET CONGESTION

A meeting to discuss traffic congestion on May Street begins at 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the North Shores Community Center . The congestion increase is related to the closing of the two Nelmar neighborhood streets (N. Magnolia, Douglas) and E. San Carlos.

VILANO BEACH RUN

The Vilano Bridge 5K Run/Walk & 1-mile Fun Run begins at 8 a.m. Sat., March 1. This is a local favorite, a perfect family event with stunning bridge views and a great after-party with music, food, finisher awards, family games and great prize drawings.

The run supports the local Vilano Beach community and half or registration proceeds will support our local American Red Cross.
