SAINT AUGUSTINE – If you need a smile, says Jane Young, check out her hat collection. It’s the perfect time with Easter approaching.

Known as the Hat Lady, Jane.85, has decided to show and tell her collection, and then give her many hats to San Sebastian Bible Children for a fundraising event.

Jane’s hats come from around the nation and world, as she lived in many locations while her husband served in the Armed Forces.
