Lots going on at the Melrose Library
PUTNAM COUNTY – The Melrose Library is a busy location this summer.
Infant to five-year-olds are invited to a reading program at 10 a.m. Tuesdays; and school ages, 6 to 10, Thursdays at 1 p.m. July 13, members of the Melrose Fire Department will be guests, with an alternate program planned in case of an emergency; and July 20, it’s Clyde the Wonder Dog and Mr. Mike.
Weekly themes: July 10-15: Fun with building and construction; July 17-22: Building Strong Readers.

July 12, Phil Meyer the Magician will be at the Melrose Library at 1 p.m.
A family movie night, free screening of “The LEGO Batman Movie” begins at 1 p.m. July 14 at the Melrose Library.
UP COMING: The solar eclipse is Aug. 21. Pick up free eclipse glasses on or before Aug. 19 at the Melrose Library.
