Lighthouse offering special events

SAINT AUGUSTINE – The St. Augustine Lighthouse announces upcoming events.

Pinot’s Palette Painting It Forward Class – Nov. 8, 7 p.m.; $40 per painter held at St. Johns Town Center, 4890 Big Island Drive No. 3, Jacksonville. Proceeds benefit the museum.

Pena-Peck House Tour – 6 p.m. Nov. 16. Here is an opportunity to tour one of the oldest homes in St. Augustine, built in 1750.

See inside the first Spanish Treasury and view antique art and furnishings from Dr. Peck’s family who were the last residents of the home. After the tour, do some holiday shopping in the gift shop operated by the St. Augustine Women’s Exchange. Light refreshments will be provided.
