Help United Way meets its goal
SAINT AUGUSSTINE – United Way of St Johns County has an ambitious goal of $1.3 million to raise this year to impact the Health, Education and Financial Stability of our community to take the lead in the community to solve the issue of affordable housing. The “Challenge” is called the Front Door Challenge.
For every person who donates at least $100 through the “Front Door Challenge,” he or she will be listed in a Thank You ad in the St Augustine Record and their video or picture will be shared through UWSJC social media channels. The initiative was officially begun with #GivingTuesday (Tuesday, Nov. 28) and will run through the end of the year.
Here is what to do: Take a video or selfie at your front door (or a house you are listing) using the following script and post to your social media pages. Please copy and paste the script in your caption so they can be tracked and compiled. Feel free to use your creativity and make it fun!
Script: I Live United because Everyone Deserves a Home. I was challenged by (tag challenger) and I challenge (tag 3 people) to join me and donate $100 to @UnitedWaySJC for the #FrontDoorChallenge.
