United Way looking for volunteers

SAINT AUGUSTINE – United Way of St. Johns County is seeking assistance from the community for a Community Impact Panel. Just five hours of a volunteer’s time is needed, according to UW officials. Volunteers will visit United Way-SJC Partner Agencies, meet staff and board members, evaluate programs and provide feedback for potential funding. No special skills are needed to volunteer.

Volunteers are asked to attend a training session at 117 Bridge St. either March 20 from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.;  or March 22, 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. Then volunteer on a panel in April. Go to the e-CImpact Volunteer Link and log in or create an account by setting up a user name (your email) and password. After logging in, additional information on volunteer opportunities will be available.

For additional information call 904-829-9721 or email jenny.harvey@unitedway-sjc.org.
