Swingin’ Soiree at the Lighthouse

SAINT AUGUSTINE – Join the St. Augustine Lighthouse & Maritime Museum from 7-9 PM Thursday, May 31, for the Swingin’ Soiree, the official opening of the US Coast Guard Art Exhibition, which will be located in the newly
restored 1941 Coastal Lookout Quarters (barracks).
The event will include complimentary wine and beer, and hors d’oeuvres including a shrimp & grits martini bar, antipasto skewers, beef and blue crostini, Italian herb & parmesan stuffed mushrooms, along with brie & apple, and raspberry jam filo cups.

Live music by the Alley Katz will feature a tasteful blend of jazz classics and multi-era pop including 1940s classics. Swing dance demonstrations will also take place by Adam Morley and Janine LeBlanc and friends. Dress code is 1940s attire or Business Casual.
A silent auction will include gift certificates from St. Augustine restaurants and attractions.
