Step back in time at Tea and Talk

PALATKA – Don’t forget Saturday’s tea with Mary Lily Kenan Flagler – portrayed by Dianne Jacoby – and presented at the Bronson-Mulholland House, 100 Madison St., Palatka. Tickets, available at the door, are $25, and include tea and tea service with light lunch.

There are two sittings – 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. The late morning time is great for football fans who can enjoy the best of both worlds – stepping into history in the morning and changing into orange and blue or red and black to cheer on the favorite team in the afternoon. Kick-off time for the game is 3:30 p.m.

Area residents are familiar with Dianne Jacoby and her artful portrayals of historical figures. The event is sponsored by the Putnam County Historical Society, and proceeds will be used for the Bronson-Mulholland House.
