Slow moving violation?

SAINT AUGUSTINE – St. Johns County Sheriff Deputy Leonard Fontenot is one of the “Stories to Make You Smile” in the latest edition of People A grinning Fontenot is pictured with a tortoise and a brief story explaining how the veteran sheriff’s deputy “stopped for a 10-pound tortoise that was causing a traffic jam on a Florida highway.”

 

According to the People article, “the picture went viral after a colleague posted it to Facebook. with the note that ‘Deputy L. Fontenot conducted a traffic stop for a Florida native for impeding traffic flow.'”
