Spice up Thousand Island Dressing

Janet McNabb’s Spicy Thousand Island Dressing

1 c                   Mayonnaise

1/4 c                Sweet pickles, chopped

1/4 c                Datil pepper sauce (or “to taste”0

2                      Hard boiled eggs, chopped

2 T                   Pimentos, chopped

2T                    Onion, minced

 

Mix all ingredients together. This is very good on a mixed greens salad with whole cooked shrimp.
