SAINT AUGUSTINE – The Woman’s Exchange announces the Spring Luncheon Series at the historic Pena-Peck House. Luncheons are planned April 3, 6, 10, 13, 17 and 20.
Reservations will begin Feb. 1 after 10:30 a.m. There are some changes to the procedures. Reservations for luncheons must be made by phone or in person at The Woman’s Exchange. Call 904- 829-5064 or stop by in person at The Woman’s Exchange Gift Shop, 143 St. George St. The shop opens at 10:30 a.m. If you leave a message before that time, your message will be handled in the order it is
Waiting lists are created after the luncheon is full, and amny times they clear, but there is no guarantee.
Payment is required when making reservations. There are three options:
* You can pay by credit card on the phone when you make the reservation,
* bring in cash, check, or use your credit card when making the reservation in person
* send a check within a week of when the reservation is made. If the payment by check is not received within a week, the reservation will be cancelled.
Once a reservation is made, we are sorry but we are not able to give refunds.
The cost, as it was last year, is $30 plus Florida sales tax, ($31.95 total) per person for the entree, dessert, coffee and tea and also includes a $5 coupon off a $10 minimum purchase on the day of the luncheon.
- A vegetarian option is available but The Exchange cannot offer vegan, gluten-free, or accommodate allergies. Please let us know when making your reservation if you would like our vegetarian option.
Those who plan to drink wine, let the Exchange know in advance so wine glasses can be provided.
Funds raised from the luncheons help preserve the Pena-Peck House and benefit other charitable efforts of the Woman’s Exchange, including scholarships for women returning to college.
Tours of the house are available after lunch for an additional donation.
