SAINT AUGUSTINE – News from the City of St. Augustine.
Saturday, June 2, at the Castillo de San Marcos, from noon-2: p.m., the St. Augustine Fire Department and St. Johns County Fire Rescue are joining forces to support the American Heart Association’s mission to increase survival from cardiac arrest.
Sidewalk CPR is an open invitation to the St. Augustine community to participate in a FREE 15-minute session to learn the lifesaving skills of Hands-Only CPR.
Water taxi service between the St. Augustine Municipal Marina and Vilano Beach pier continues to operate between 11:00am and 6:15pm, departing the Municipal Marina every 30 minutes on the quarter hour and from the Vilano Beach pier every 30 minutes on the hour and half hour. The cost per person is $8.00 one-way and $14.00 round trip.

The city will again offer a free Park & Ride Shuttle on July 4th from 6 p.m. until midnight from four parking locations along Anastasia Blvd. including Anastasia Baptist Church (1650 A1A South), St. Augustine Amphitheatre (1340-C A1A South), R.B. Hunt Elementary School (125 Magnolia Dr.), and the St. Augustine Alligator Farm Zoological Park (999 Anastasia Blvd.). View the map here.
