PONTE VEDRA BEACH – The Cultural Center at Ponte Vedra
Beach, FL: Sip, taste, talk, and create at the Cultural Center this
summer during a monthly tasting series that is sure to be good to the last
drop.
On Monday, Aug.
19from 5:30. to 7 p.m., take time to taste a variety of craft beer from
Jacksonville’s Intuition Ale Works. We’ve teamed up with Intuition Ale
Works and the volunteers of the Cultural Center to present a program to
please the senses. There will be a talk on this flavorful topic, a host of
light bites to complement the spirits, and an interactive craft
beer-inspired project to get your creative juices flowing.
Tickets to the event
are $35 and guests must be 21 years of age or older. Tickets can be
purchased by visiting ccpvb.org.
The following
exhibitions will be on view: Compromised Boundaries, works
by the Society of Mixed Media Artists; Curatorial Choice, works
by Bruce Carr, Jeanne Hollington, Vicky Lennon, and Karen F. Rose;
and A World of Their Own, works by pediatric patients of
Wolfson Children’s Hospital.
This event is one
in a series of tastings hosted by the Volunteers of the Cultural Center to
support repair work and maintenance to the fountain at the front of the
Center.
