Binegar home receives lighting honors

SAINT AUGUSTINE – The Binegar home, 107 Arredondo Ave., Davis Shores, is recipient of the Pilot Club of St. Augustine grand prize, the FPL $100 award for holiday spirit through Christmas outdoor lighting.
Presentation was made by Jo Brown, Pilot Club president.
Barbara Binegar was “thrilled” with the honor, says Brown, adding that the family has created a holiday display for many years.
An award sign in front of the Binegar home announces the honor. It reads: “FPL Darling Award to the Binegars from The Pilot Club of St. Augustine. The Pilot Scholarship appreciates their contribution.”
