Two men in Flagler County are facing felony charges after allegedly beating up a 70-year-old man in an incident possibly triggered by a road rage incident. Alex Fregulia, 18, and Leonardo Silva, 20, allegedly cut off the victim who was driving with his wife to a restaurant Sunday. When the couple pulled into a parking lot near the restaurant the two allegedly rushed him and punched him with one using a golf club. Reportedly the two younger men were laughing the entire time and kept calling him an old man. When he attempted to bet back in his truck, they pulled him out again and continued the beating until driving off to a different part of the parking lot. When the Flagler County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the scene, the younger men claimed the 70-year-old was the aggressor. The older man was treated by paramedics.
