‘Music for two hands’ concert set

          SAINT AUGUSTINE – A concert featuring two acclaimed pianists will be presented at 7 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 22 at St. Anastasia Catholic Church, 5205 A1A South on Anastasia Island. “Music For Four Hands, Two Pianos,” will feature Robin Giesbrecht and Arianna Korting performing the music of Rachmaninoff and  Borodin and music written for specifically for two pianos including Piazzolla’s “Tangos for Two Pianos” and Shostakovic’s ‘Concertino for Two Pianos,” and other selections. The couple met at the Juilliard School for Music. Both attended PianoFest in the Hamptons in 2005 where they discovered the “fun and thrill” of duo-piano playing and soon began performing together. Now husband and wife, they have performed in concert halls from Europe to East Asia and throughout the United States

The concert, part of the St. Anastasia Catholic Church’s 2019-2020 series, is free and open to the public. Parking is also free.
