Important Message from 4-H

SAINT JOHNS COUNTY – On Friday, May 22nd, Gov. Ron DeSantis announced that he was ending all restrictions on youth activities across the state, including camps. Since that time we have received many questions regarding whether or not we would open our 4-H residential camps (Timpoochee, Cherry Lake, and Cloverleaf) in summer 2020.

With the health and safety of our 4-H youth, volunteers, and staff being our top priority, we have made the difficult decision to remain closed to our campers, but focused on working ahead to an incredible 2021!  Likewise all face to face Florida 4-H programs will continue to be on hold for the time being.  During this time, we continue  to monitor the situation closely and think creatively as to how to bring our youth innovative programs virtually such as, 4-H Adventures:  http://florida4h.org/programsandevents_/4-h-adventures/

Thank you all!
