Diaz has paper published

SAINT AUGUSTINE – Former St. Augustine resident Lucas Diaz, joined by two other pharmacists, has been published in “Annals of Pharmacotherapy.” “Description of Bivalirudin Use for Anticoagulation in Pediatric Patients on Mechanical Circulatory Support” was published in the June 26 edition. It was authored by Phamds Diaz, Christopher T. Campbell and Brian Kelly.

Diaz, a graduate of St. Augustine High School who graduated from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Frank Diaz of St. Augustine,  Lucas Diaz and his wife, Dr. Brittany DiFabio, now reside in Austin, Texas, where he is a clinical pharmacy specialist at Dell’s Children’s Medical Center, and his wife is a pediatric emergency room physician at the medical  center.
